- Your website must offer a genuine product or service
It should not simply be an affiliate site piggybacking another website.
- Your website must have at least one clear, visible and easy to get at Point of Contact This is so that visitors can reach the site owner or administrator. Alternatively, a support desk, ticket system or live chat service must be available to visitors.
